Plain language, no fine-print tricks. What you type into our forms, what we do with it, and how to make us delete it.

The short version
- We only collect what you choose to type into a form or send us by email.
- We use it to get back to you about your car, the E-Box, or updates you asked for. That's it.
- We never sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone's marketing.
- This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, ad pixels, or trackers.
- Want it deleted? Email ej@edonks.com and it's gone.
Who we are
EDONKS runs edonks.com. We're based in Florida. For anything in this policy, write to ej@edonks.com.
What we collect
Only what you give us, depending on which form you use:
- Get Your Donk Electrified form — vehicle type, year, make, model, wheel size, the car's current state, budget range, performance goal, whether you own the car, city, state, email, and anything you add in the notes.
- E-Box reservation form — name, email, body style, when you plan to build, and any notes.
- Update list signup — your email address.
- Emailing us directly — whatever you choose to put in the message.
What we don't collect
We don't ask for payment details, government ID numbers, or your street address, and we don't take payments on this site. Please don't put that kind of information in a notes field.
The site doesn't set cookies, doesn't run analytics or advertising scripts, and doesn't save your form answers in your browser.
edonks.com is a static site hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub may log technical details of visits — such as IP address and browser type — to run and secure its service. Those logs are GitHub's, under GitHub's privacy statement; we don't receive them or use them to track you.
How we use it
We don't sell your information, we don't share it for anyone else's marketing, and we don't use it for automated decisions about you.
- To reply to you about a conversion, the E-Box, or your question.
- To understand which cars and builds people want, so we plan the right work.
- To send updates — only if you signed up for them, and you can stop them any time.
Who handles it for us
Form submissions travel from your browser to Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. Web3Forms emails the submission to our inbox and keeps a copy in our Web3Forms account. Its own privacy policy covers how it handles that data.
Submissions then live in our email inbox, held by our email provider. The site itself is hosted by GitHub Pages.
We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and reservations as long as they're useful for following up on your build or E-Box interest. When you ask us to delete your information, we delete it from our inbox and our Web3Forms account. Web3Forms may keep its own copies for a period under its policy.
Your choices
Email ej@edonks.com with "Privacy request" in the subject to ask what we hold about you, fix it, delete it, or get off the update list. We'll act on it promptly and confirm when it's done.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and forms are sent over an encrypted connection. Email is never perfectly secure, though, so keep sensitive details out of the forms.
Kids
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us something, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If what the site collects or who handles it changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top before the change goes live.
