What's next
Where this goes
Four stages. Each one funds and de-risks the next. No stage skips the one before it.
- 01
Now
Conversions
One car at a time, in-house. The E1 first, then rider builds. Every conversion is paid engineering: it produces parts, process, and documentation the platform needs.
- Full custom electric conversions for donks, boxes, and bubbles
- Documented builds — the log is the product too
- Direct rider relationships from day one
- 02
Next
Kits
Package what repeats. Once a subsystem is proven across builds, it becomes a kit a qualified shop can order and install without redesigning it.
- Subsystem kits: brakes, suspension, pack tray, drive
- Installation documentation and shop support
- Certified installer network, scope still being defined
- 03
The big one
Licensed E-Box platform
The full modular chassis, licensed and produced at volume, with defined body-mount interfaces for the cars riders actually build.
- Rolling chassis supplied to builders and shops
- Published body-mount interface specs per body style
- Licensing to partners outside our own build capacity
- 04
Alongside
Events & media
The brand lives at the shows and on the timeline. Build content, show presence, and the Culture Archive as a permanent record — not marketing bolted on afterward.
- Show and race presence, starting in Florida
- Build series and long-form documentation
- The Culture Archive, credited to the riders who fill it
The honest position
Early stage, real car in progress, real culture behind it. Below is what we'll put in writing today — the rest goes in a conversation, not on a webpage.
| Stage | Prototype — E1 in build |
|---|---|
| Base | Florida |
| First market | Big-wheel builders and riders |
| Funding status | Founder-funded through the E1 build. |
| Team | Founder-led — EJ. Collaborators named here as they sign on. |
We'll update this the day there's something real to put here — not before.
